Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor enrollments.
  • Support surety and bonding processes.
  • Assist, support, and step into a leadership role in managing the company's claims and litigation portfolio.
  • Lead the management and maintenance of the company's general contracting and corporate business licenses across various states, municipalities, and jurisdictions to ensure seamless operational compliance.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), construction management or payment software, and RMIS platforms.
  • 3+ years of experience in construction risk management, commercial P&C insurance, or corporate insurance compliance.
  • Familiarity with standard construction contracts, basic OSHA regulations, and standard insurance lines (General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builder's Risk, Umbrella, CCIP/OCIP).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), construction management or payment software, and RMIS platforms.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently explain complex insurance requirements to stakeholders.

Compensation

  • The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
