Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor enrollments.
- Support surety and bonding processes.
- Assist, support, and step into a leadership role in managing the company's claims and litigation portfolio.
- Lead the management and maintenance of the company's general contracting and corporate business licenses across various states, municipalities, and jurisdictions to ensure seamless operational compliance.
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
Requirements
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), construction management or payment software, and RMIS platforms.
- 3+ years of experience in construction risk management, commercial P&C insurance, or corporate insurance compliance.
- Familiarity with standard construction contracts, basic OSHA regulations, and standard insurance lines (General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Builder's Risk, Umbrella, CCIP/OCIP).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), construction management or payment software, and RMIS platforms.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to confidently explain complex insurance requirements to stakeholders.
Compensation
- The salary range is $70,000 - $75,000. The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
