About the role

- This position will coordinate, operate, and make decisions based on college policies and procedures with minimal direction and supervision and provide backup responsibilities for the Director of Student Records & Registration (Registrar).
- This position allows for limited teleworking (currently two days per week).
Requirements
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations to management for new or revised administrative and program practices and procedures.
- Experience with office technology and student information systems (e.g., Workday Student, ISRS, ImageNow, National Student Clearinghouse).
- Ability to independently organize and prioritize one's work and meet deadlines across multiple projects and assignments.
- The successful candidate under U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services regulations must be able to accept work in the U.S. by the day employment begins.

Compensation
- $22.23 -$30.09/hour
- Minimum Qualifications
- Ability to analyze and make recommendations to management for new or revised administrative and program practices and procedures.
- Communication skills to effectively explain policies and procedures in a clear, concise, and professional manner to students, staff, faculty, and the public via phone, email, or in-person.
- Customer Service skills to provide prompt and accurate information and respectfully engage with and communicate with staff to maintain professional working relationships.
- Database skills to enter and retrieve data accurately.
