About the role
- Job Description: Ryan Companies seeks a highly skilled and experienced Technology System integration Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business needs, define processes, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Implement automated processes for data flow, error handling, and performance tuning across enterprise systems.
- Maintain clear documentation of processes, workflows, and configurations to support operational excellence and knowledge sharing.
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
Requirements
- Experience with at least one or more scheduling technologies (OPC, P6, Microsoft Project, Allucent, Planera)
- If recruitment services are required, we will reach out directly to agencies on our approved vendor list.
- 10+ years of experience as a Technology Systems Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role.
- Demonstrative proficiency in data transformation development, API connectivity, and other scripting languages for automation and ETL processing (onprem and cloud).
- Strong experience with connecting external and internal data sources to create a holistic integration (GCP, Azure)
- Experience with enterprise managed file transfer solutions and robotic/AI processing technologies

Compensation
- The base pay range is $100,000-$135,000/annually.
- The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
