About the role

  • This faculty role follows a full-time teaching schedule from late October/early November through late March/early April, aligning with the Farm Operations & Management program's abbreviated-semester structure.
  • Level of minimum guarantee. the minimum percentage level of guarantee of this unlimited part position is.50 FTE.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent communication with students through office hours, email, and telephone.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver curriculum.

Requirements

  • Four full-time (or equivalent) years of verified related paid work experience in agricultural production, agricultural management, or agricultural extension services.
  • The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.

Compensation

  • $43,067 - $94,542
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Occupational Experience Requirement

  • Recency Requirement
  • One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field.
