Requirements

  • 3+ years of Property Management experience
  • 1+ years of Management experience
  • Regularly required to travel outside between in varying weather conditions.
  • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • They must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools and may be required to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions.
  • The employee may also be regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
  • The employee must be able to travel up to 15% of the time.
  • The employee must demonstrate the ability to exert up to 25 pounds occasionally, and/or up to 25 pounds frequently, and/or up to 25 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects.

  • Assist the Property Manager with providing superior customer service and communication to our residents and prospects to enhance customer satisfaction and increase renewals, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
  • Complete lease/renewal paperwork to ensure completion to company standards.
  • Track and evaluate advertising, and all client traffic.
  • Assist the team by maintaining and modeling the Cushman & Wakefield mission to be the best national management company.
  • Work with leasing staff to ensure that leasing/marketing goals are being met.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation skills.

Compensation

  • The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates
