Responsibilities
- Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.
- Participate in creating a complete, thorough set of Interior design documents to meet project goals, milestones and schedule.
- Participate in all phases of the interiors project scope from programming to construction administration, with specific attention to interior related building codes, interior detail documentation and constructability.
- Participate in development and implementation of an overall design palate that supports the aesthetic, budget, and functional goals of the project.
- Participate in and can lead design meetings, consultant meetings and project team meetings.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Revit required.
- Relevant professional work experience in multi-family projects
- Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Enscape, Sketchup and Bluebeam.
- Candidates with at least 4 years of experience are most likely to be successful in this role, however those with unique career experience or display clear potential for the role will be considered.

Nice to have
- Professional Interior Design degree or related field experience preferred.
Compensation
- The salary range is $65,000 - 85,000.00 annually.
- The salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
