Responsibilities

  • Support senior brokers in tenant representation assignments, business development initiatives, and client relationship management.
  • Build relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
  • Collaborate with brokerage and operations team members to deliver exceptional client service and execution.
  • This role is designed for individuals seeking a long-term career in commercial real estate brokerage.
  • Develop expertise in industrial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, and occupier requirements.
  • Licensed (or aspiring). You hold-or are motivated to pursue-a Real Estate Salesperson License. Financial support for licensing is provided.

Compensation

  • This position is a commission compensation structure.
