About the role

  • Job Description: Ryan Companies is hiring for an Asset Management Associate in our downtown Chicago office!
  • This Associate is responsible for supporting the oversight of property portfolios to maximize financial returns and asset value.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and property valuation is essential for managing the asset from completion to final disposition.

Requirements

  • Ability to effectively work independently, as well as with others in a collaborative environment and matrix organizational structure.
  • Ability to concentrate on tasks, make decisions and work effectively in a high-pressure, deadline-oriented environment.
  • Ability to maintain stamina throughout a standard workday, on- and off-site as well as maintain regular attendance during required work hours.

  • Undergraduate degree

Nice to have

  • 8 years' experience as an analyst or senior analyst working for a commercial real estate development or investment firm.
  • Asset management experience in multifamily and/or senior living preferred, but not required.

Compensation

  • The annual base pay is $120,000 - $150,100.
  • The base salary may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
