Responsibilities

  • This individual is primarily responsible for managing project teams to successfully deliver complex hyperscale data center projects, meeting ambitious goals, budgets, and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee the design development, budget preparation, and scheduling for hyperscale data center projects, with a strong focus on the integration of complex mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Lead procurement and subcontracting strategies, specifically for long-lead MEP equipment, specialized vendors, and trade partners critical to data center construction.
  • Participate or lead owner/client presentations, negotiations, and team meetings.
  • Coordinate with market sector leads to balance workload, responsibility, and integration between sector and region talent.
  • Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.

Requirements

  • You will also have a proven track record of successfully managing Project Management teams on large-scale technical projects.
  • You must be able to recognize, select, and hire top talent at the appropriate time & develop talent to all levels within construction operations.
  • Advanced knowledge of data center commissioning processes (Level 1-5) and Integrated Systems Testing.
  • Experience implementing and managing energy control plans including complex LOTO, energization activities with Methods of Procedure, and working with Energy Marshal teams.

Compensation

  • The salary range is $160,000 - $200,000.
  • The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
