Requirements
- To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering/Management and 7-10+ years of proven experience, preferably in Civil-heavy large projects and/or the Mission Critical industry.
- Advanced knowledge of construction means and methods, building types, estimating, scheduling, cost control, material pricing and design management is required.
- Possess proven knowledge of complex earthwork, ground improvement, utility infrastructure and mass excavation projects.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Procore, P6, and other management tools.
- Project Engineers, Project Managers I & II, and Project Assistants, as required, depending on assigned project(s).

Compensation
- The salary range is $140,000 - $180,000.
- The salary base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
