About the role

  • Job Description: Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an immediate career opportunity for a traveling Superintendent to join our team in Phoenix, AZ!

Responsibilities

  • Manage subcontractor performance.
  • Develop and track CPM schedules.
  • Manage overall general construction budgets and safety programs while training personnel.
  • Comprehend all design documents and review shop drawings.
  • Detailed information will be shared with eligible candidates during the hiring process, and the official terms and conditions will be outlined in each individual offer document.

Requirements

  • To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10+ years of experience in construction
  • Experience leading and supervising a project team.
  • Do you bring at least 10+ years of successful project management experience in construction?
  • Do you enjoy working in a fast, fun, inclusive and collaborative work space?
